Casslake Automotive & Casslake Offroad
Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026 · Updated October 29, 2026
Casslake Automotive is operated by Casslake Enterprises LLC. Casslake Offroad is operated by Casslake Metal LLC. These are separate legal entities. This policy explains how information is handled through casslakeco.com, offroad.casslakeco.com, and related service inquiries and customer communications. In this policy, "Casslake," "we" and "us" refer to the relevant business handling your inquiry, service or communication.
Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, phone number, and email address when you provide them through a form or communicate with us.
- Service and vehicle information: machine or vehicle type, year and model, symptoms, requested work, build goals, appointment preferences, referral source, and other details or attachments you choose to provide.
- Communications and preferences: inquiries, message content, our replies, and information associated with delivering and managing messages. When you choose text messaging, this includes your mobile number, consent and opt-out records, and the date, method and scope of your choice.
- Website information: hosting and technology providers receive information needed to serve and protect the websites, such as IP address, requested pages, request time, and browser or device information. Cookies, browser storage and third-party features are described below.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive identification documents in general inquiry forms or text messages.
How we use information
We use information to respond to questions, review service requests, arrange and confirm appointments, communicate about your vehicle or machine, and provide requested customer support. We also use it to deliver messages you have agreed to receive, maintain service and consent records, operate and protect our websites and communications, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry or appointment request is not, by itself, an enrollment in text messaging or marketing. Our service text messaging terms describe the separate choices that apply.
Cookies and third-party website features
The Offroad website uses Google tags for advertising and website measurement. These features may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical information about visits and interactions. The site also uses browser storage to remember cookie choices. You can use available website cookie controls and your browser settings to manage cookies; blocking them may affect some features.
The Offroad contact page includes an embedded Google Map. Loading that feature sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Google. Other websites you visit through our links have their own privacy policies.
Google explains its handling of information in its Privacy Policy. The mobile-information and SMS-consent protections below apply regardless of these website measurement features.
Service providers and information sharing
We use providers to host our websites, receive and store forms, deliver email and text messages, and support customer service. These providers may process information needed to perform those operational tasks for us. The Offroad appointment-request process uses Netlify Forms and email delivery. Other website inquiry and historical service records may be handled through additional service and data providers.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the security of our systems, or to establish or defend legal rights. We limit such disclosures to information reasonably needed for the purpose.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or transfer text-message consent.
Providers supporting our messaging may process mobile information to deliver and administer messages on our behalf, not for their own marketing. SMS opt-in information and consent are excluded from advertising or marketing sharing. Other sharing provisions in this policy do not override these protections.
Your text-message choices
These service messaging provisions apply to Casslake Offroad (Casslake Metal LLC) and Casslake Automotive (Casslake Enterprises LLC) when the respective program is available and you choose to enroll. Automotive service messaging will be available when launched. Service texts may include appointment coordination, questions about requested work, repair updates, pickup notices, and customer conversations. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of buying goods or services.
Your SMS consent applies only to the business identified in your opt-in and the stated service messages. Consent to Offroad does not authorize Automotive texts, or vice versa; each business requires its own disclosure and separate opt-in. This policy does not authorize sharing your information between the two businesses or transferring your consent.
Message frequency varies based on your service needs and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the number sending Casslake messages to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also call (478) 628-8965 or email casslakeoffroadpowersports@gmail.com for support.
We may send one confirmation of an opt-out, after which service text messages stop unless you provide renewed express written consent. An opt-out does not automatically delete records we need for service, legal obligations or honoring your communication preference.
These service programs do not include promotional texts. If either business offers promotions by text in the future, that business will request a separate, explicit written opt-in identifying the business and promotional program. Service consent, a purchase, an appointment request or agreement to website terms will not enroll you in promotions. Promotional consent will not be required for a purchase.
See the Terms & Conditions for the complete service messaging terms.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, manage communications, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Limited consent and opt-out records may be kept to document choices and prevent unwanted messages. Records in backups or with service providers may remain for their applicable retention cycles.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to discuss your communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity and understand the request before acting. We respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, service records or other permitted purposes.

Policy changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. Published revisions will identify their update date, and we will provide additional notice when required. A policy change does not expand your text-message consent or enroll you in a new messaging program.
